How Forwarding Service Works?
1. Sign up
Upon signing up for free, customers will be provided with a warehouse address and a personalised Drukee identifier

2. Shop
With the provided address and personalised Drukee ID, customers will then be allowed to shop freely on various e-commerce platforms and forward to Drukee's warehouse
This service is designed such that customers are allowed to shop without worries and delivery the items directly to the address provided by Drukee
Note:
- Please ensure that you check out using that the Drukee address with your personalised DKID starting with SG-XXXX-XXXX
- Please ensure that your item abides by Singapore custom laws
- Regarding forwarding packages, Drukee is not responsible for any possible breakages and package lost due to sellers' mistakes. Drukee merely provides a forwarding service for customers and all
3. Settlement
Upon receiving the packages in the warehouse, Drukee will notify customers of the status of their packages via email.
Customers can then log into their dashboard to view the pending packages and submit their forwarding requests.
Our System will then process the shipping fees together will storage, airport transfer and door-to-door delivery charges.
Under the "Ready to Ship" section, customers could then select the packages to ship, confirming the shipping method and delivery address.
Settlement is then done by customers at the checkout page to ensure packages are ready for forwarding
- Drukee is unable to combine multiple packages into one and shipping fees will be calculated as separate packages
- Payment of the packages can be made via Stripe payment gateway in Singapore dollars or Bhutan local bank transfer in Bhutanese Ngultrum
- Door-to-door delivery services are offered in certain countries and customers can opt-in while checking out
4. Shipment
Upon receiving of payment, Drukee will arrange for the shipping of the packages to the selected delivery address
- Timline of forwarding is wholly dependent on flights to Bhutan. Any and all paid packages will be delivered throught the next available flight
