Step 1. Sign up for Drukee account to get your personalised address

How to sign up?

a. Click here to create an account

b. Fill in all details

c. You will receive an email to confirm your account

d. Once confirmed, you will receive a welcome email

If you already have an account, you can proceed to login

Step 2. Send your packages to our warehouse using your Drukee personalised address

a. Log in to dashboard to view your personalised DKID starting with SG-XXXX-XXXX and our warehouse address

If you are not able to enter DKID in the name field, you may indicate the DKID in the address line 2

Package Arrival

You will be notified via email when your packages has arrived at our warehouse

Once your packages have been delivered to our warehouse, the packages details will be reflected in the dashboard.

Step 3. Make payment for all your packages

How to make payment?

1. Select the packages that you want to make the payment

2. Click Make Payment button to move to the review and payment page

Review & Payment

Review your packages on this page to make sure everything is in order

1. Select shipping address where your packages will be delivered to

Add your shipping address under your account setting if you haven't

2. You may select Door to Door delivery service if you want to

Please note that Door to Door delivery service is only available for Paro-Thimphu route

3. Click on Confirm & Pay button to make a payment

Payment Currency

Drukee supports Singapore Dollar & Bhutanese Ngultrum for payment currency

Please note that there is a 4% credit card charge if you pay by Singapore Dollar currency

Payment in Bhutanese Ngultrum can be done via Bhutan internet banking mobile app or Bhutan local bank transfer. The QR code and bank account number will be shown on the next page.

Step 4. Payment information and completion

Bhutan local bank transfer / internet banking

If you choose Bhutanese Ngultrum for the payment currency, you will be prompted to make a transfer to the beneficiary bank account as shown.

Please make sure that you key-in remark while doing the transfer. Payment verification maybe delayed or rejected if there is no remark.

Credit card payment

Drukee supports all major credit card for Singapore dollar payment

You will be notified when your packages have been shipped from our warehouse to your selected shipping address

Step 1. Login to your account

If you don't have an account yet, you may sign up for a FREE account. Refer to Step 1

Step 2. Fill in details

a. Click on Assisted Purchase and click on New Assisted Purchase

Step 3. Key in item details that you want us to purchase

Important Notice

1. Please make sure the item is deliverable to Singapore

2. Please make sure the item is in stock

3. If you shop from eBay or other bidding website, please make sure the item is available to buy now

4. Please make sure you key in the detail accurately and correctly

5. Drukee has the rights to adjust, modify, amend, reject the item upon checking and assessment

Please review the charges and click on Next button to proceed to the next step

Step 4. Payment

Click on Edit Items if you need to edit the items

Payment Methods

Bhutan local bank transfer / internet banking

If you choose Bhutanese Ngultrum for the payment currency, you will be prompted to make a transfer to the beneficiary bank account as shown.

Drukee supports all major credit card for Singapore dollar payment
